Packing details of mould
1.Check mold component
2.Cleaning mold cavity/core , mould surface and spread butter or rust preventive on the mould
3. wrap the mould with preservative film
4.Put mold into the wooden case

Q1: What types of files do you accept (drawings)?
A1: UG,PROE,CAD,CAXA,etc
Q2:How many mold you make annually.
A2:We supply Korea,USA,Russia clients for nearly 120 sets per year,together with other countries at least300 sets in total.
Q3:Delivery time
A:3~7 days for mould design, 50~60days for mould production after deposit payment and mould design confirmed
Q4: How do you pack the moulds?
A4: Wooden box.
First : Daub rust preventive oil on the mold.
Second : We pack the mold with thin plastic film to avoid moisture.
Third : We put this plastic film packed mold in a wooden box, and fix it avoid any movement.
